pan-refers to the horizontal movement or rotation of a still or video camera, or the scanning of a subject horizontally on video or a display device. Panning a camera results in a motion similar to that of someone shaking their head "no" or of an aircraft performing a yaw rotation
tilt-the camera is stationary and rotates in a vertical plane

medium-shot-shot from a medium distance
long-shot-typically shows the entire object or human figure and is usually intended to place it in some relation to its surroundings.
two shot-the frame encompasses a view of two people
tripod-the stand for a camera
dolly-platform that enables a movie or video camera to move during shots
tracking-finding the location of an object of the scene on each frame of the sequence, when processing a video sequence
white balance- the global adjustment of the intensities of the colors
sync-a signal used in video systems to coordinate the timings of lines, fields and frames
green screen-a monochrome CRT computer display
chroma key- is a technique for mixing two images or frames together in which a color (or a small color range) from one image is removed (or made transparent), revealing another image behind it
